Ingredients to discover

Dried lavender flowers, grown in Québec. Picked in bloom, then dried in the shade, these flowers keep their violet colour and their fresh, floral, slightly camphorous fragrance — the scent of the fields of Provence, grown right here.

Common uses:
- Infusion: 1 teaspoon of flowers per cup of hot water, 5 minutes — lavender is strong, go easy! Delicious blended with chamomile, raspberry leaf or black tea.
- Cooking: a pinch in a syrup, shortbread, a crème brûlée, an infused honey, or in an herbes de Provence blend
- A sachet in a drawer or wardrobe, to scent the linen
- In the bath, in a cloth sachet
- For your own oil macerates, balms or bath salts

Lavender also goes into the recipe of our Ex-Folie exfoliant.
