A concentrate of frankincense resins — the incense of the ancients — macerated in oil. The resin tears come from South America; they are sorted, then left to infuse for a long time so they give all their fragrance to the oil.
The aroma is resinous, lemony, lightly peppery, with that unmistakable undertone of church and warm wood. The texture is fluid; the oil spreads easily and leaves a silky finish with no sticky residue.
Contains: vegetable oil, frankincense (Boswellia) resins.

Common uses: as a scented oil on wrists, neck and behind the ears; as a face and hand oil, a few drops warmed between the palms; as a massage oil, diluted 1:1 with the oil of your choice; a few drops in the hands, simply to breathe in the frankincense. Pairs beautifully with our ambergris oil or the Entre chien et loup perfume.
